POWER in the SPOKEN WORD!

Blessing and Curses – are Words
When you curse someone, you utter words that carries certain meaning and consequently create whatever the word was sent to create – both in the mind and eventually in the physical realm. Likewise, when you bless someone, you speak words that carries the spirit behind the word and inevitably create the world that the word was intended to.

When you take public office, you are forced to take an oath i.e. you swear (speak words of intention). When are summon to court, you have to swear. When you take a partner in marriage, you have to swear before God and men. When you get a job inter-view what do you do? Words, words, words – why is this?

We begin to speak before we can read or write; if you cannot speak, you learn how to use sign language or written words, one way or another – the universe around us forces us to use words to inter-act with one another physically and also to inter-act with the creator of the universe through what we call Prayer – utterance of words.

So what are these so called words?
a word is a specific combination of alphabet aimed at conveying a thought from one entity to another, usually received in image form.

When I say "Cat" what did you see? the letters C-A-T or the image of a cat? what if I say Black Cat, did you see it? again let's try, "fatty black clean cat" you saw it, right?

YES, we now understand that words carries images – and more importantly, words carries emotions. When someone you like says, "I love you", there is a tingly warm feeling running down your spine, right? what about when someone you like say, "I hate you", or your boss say, "I hate your guts" how about that?

But today I want to add one more entity – words can be used to carry a spirit (influence) from one person to another. This is what happens when you curse or bless someone. You use words to transfer a spirit that enables or dis-ables the intended recipient.

The most POWERFUL word is the one that we tell ourselves and believe it. The words that we talk ourselves to believe have crippled many otherwise powerful people.

How often have you told yourself "I can't do that'', "I am not like them", "They are powerful", "They come from privileged background", "I am not educated enough or rich enough", "I am ugly", "I am short", "Who do you think you are".

…and with that, we remove ourselves from the platform; little do we understand we have lost 100% of the venture we don't try. We don't want to be disappointed, we fear failure and shame for failing; even when we hear our heroes how they failed 1,000 times before they made it, we talk ourselves into believing they are different and special – it cannot happen to us.

Solution Words:
Here is what I propose you do, begin to audit what you tell yourself; better still every morning – talk yourself into being someone or acquiring something you have always wanted. I know you say, how can I tell myself something that I don't believe in? This is the beauty of words – keep on telling yourself what you DESIRE and WANT and  you will eventually BELIEVE and naturally MOVE towards it.

Tell yourself "I am beautiful, handsome", "I am courageous", "I am married with three children", "I am healed", "I am a CEO of International Firm", "I am Powerful and Influential", "I am the best there is in xxx", "I am an asset in my family, community and my nation", "I am that I am", "I am a deliverer to someone", "I am a problem solver and I am making millions helping people"

When we speak these words, they CREATE at the beginning a little cloud but as you continue to speak it to yourself and later to a confidant and eventually a group of people – IT SHALL BE AS YOU SAY!
